Welcome to Molly! This Privacy Policy explains how Molly Team ("we," "us," or "our") handles your information. Our guiding principle is to collect and use data only to the extent necessary to provide and improve our services.

Privacy at a Glance

For your convenience, here are the core principles of our privacy practices:

• Your Creations Are Saved to Your Private Gallery. We store the images you create so you can view, re-download, and share them later. You have full control to delete them at any time.
• We Process Photos to Create Art, Nothing More. Your photos are uploaded and processed solely to apply the AI-powered artistic effects you select.
• Face Data is for Effects Only, Not Identification. We analyze facial features within photos only to accurately apply our artistic filters.
• You Control Sharing. We do not share your photos or personal information with third parties unless you explicitly choose to do so.

1. Information We Process

To operate the Molly App, we process the following types of information:

A. Information You Provide Directly

• Photographs and Face Data: Our technology analyzes images you provide, which may include face data, to apply artistic styles.
• Storage and Management of Your Creations: Final stylized images are stored in your account for your access. The original, unprocessed photos you upload are permanently deleted from our servers immediately after the AI processing is complete. You can permanently delete your creations at any time.

B. Information for Account Services

• Third-Party Login: When you use Sign in with Apple or Google, we receive basic profile information (user identifier, name, email) to manage your account.

C. Technical Information for Service Operation

• Device and Usage Data: We automatically collect essential technical data (device model, OS version, anonymous identifiers) for troubleshooting, security, and analytics.

D. Payment Transaction Information

• Payment Processing: All payments for subscriptions are processed directly by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, receive, or store any of your sensitive payment information, such as credit card numbers. We only receive a confirmation token from Apple upon successful payment.

2. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share information when you choose to share your creations or for legal and safety reasons.

3. Data Security and Retention

We use robust security measures like SSL/TLS encryption to protect your data. Your creations are retained until you delete them. Original photos are deleted immediately after processing.

4. Your Rights and Controls

You can manage your account, creations, and permissions directly in the app or your device settings. We provide an in-app option to permanently delete your account and all associated data under "Settings > Delete Account".

5. Children's Policy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Policy Updates

If we make significant changes to this policy, we will provide a prominent notice within the App.
